Please ensure you have read our Terms and Conditions. Placing your order is confirmation that you accept Your Coffee Consultant Terms and Conditions.

The Prices and descriptive of all products and services on this website are correct at time of publishing and may be changed at any time with out prior notification. All prices are exclusive of VAT which will be charged at the rate prevailing at the time of despatch.
Your Right to cancel

Under EU regulations you have a right to cancel your order You must notify us in writing within 7 days of receiving your order. You must return the goods unopened to us at your own risk and cost within 30 days of receiving your order. You will be credited for the goods when we have received them in the condition in which they were sent to you.

We reserve the Right to Cancel

We may cancel your order if we do not have the product in stock, your area is not an area we deliver to or there has been an error in the pricing from our suppliers.

Delivery of goods
The goods will normally be despatched within 48 hours of receiving your order excluding orders placed on weekends, bank and public holidays. You will be required to sign for the goods on delivery. The goods will be delivered to the address given by you at the time of placing the order. When we have despatched the goods to you Your Coffee Consultant will not be liable for loss or deterioration. You must notify us immediately on receiving the goods if any items are missing and you must make a note on the consignment form before signing for the goods.

Liability
Your Coffee Consultant shall not be liable for any events beyond our control including Industrial disputes, flood, fire, explosions or accidents.

As requested by Data Protection we adhere to Strict procedures in the storage and information you have given us to prevent unauthorised access. Your Coffee Consultant will never pass personal details entered by you to anyone else. The information you have given us will be used to keep you up to date with our products and opportunities we believe may be of interest to you.
